Privacy policy

What we store

• A hash (HMAC) of your account number. We don't store the number itself and can't show it.
• Your balance and its history, orders and the list of services with their parameters (plan, location, OS, domain name).
• Access details we issue to you (server IP address, login, password).
• Payment invoices: amount, coin, our wallet address and the transaction ID you submitted.
• Your two-factor authentication secret, if you enabled it.

What we don't store

• Name, email, phone, address, documents.
• IP addresses and login logs: the web server runs without request logs.
• Third-party counters, analytics and ad trackers — there are none on the site.

Cookies and browser storage

• qn_s — your login session (HttpOnly, 30 days).
• qn_in — a data-free “logged in” flag used to show the Account button.
• localStorage holds your cart and chosen language. They don't leave your browser until you place an order.

Deleting data

You can delete your account in the account settings. The account, services, history and balance are deleted immediately and permanently. Accounts that were never logged into are deleted automatically after one day.

Third-party requests

We don't respond to informal requests. We act only on a court order from the country where the server is located and notify the customer unless the law forbids it. Since we don't know who you are, we cannot hand over personal data.
